If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Lucidia reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

We are unable to accept return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, please email a clear photo to info@lucidia.com. Our customer support team will get back to you within 2 business hours.
